Anthony's Nose

[MODERATE] Anthony’s Nose is a Downstate classic, owing to its central location in the southern Hudson Highlands. The route begins with a steep, half-mile scramble from the base of the Bear Mountain Bridge, leading to the most expansive view in the area.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the execution of this event may be altered to preserve the health and safety of all involved. As new information is made available we my choose to change the time, location, route, capacity, social distancing guidelines, required PPE, etc. Any alterations will be communicated to registrants via email and social media. Our waiver has been updated to include language acknowledging the possible health risk that is presented by congregating amidst a global pandemic. Following the most recent recommendations from health officials and state governments, we will include particular safety guidelines for each event in the final email sent to registrants prior to the event.
