Butter Hill & Pride of the Hudson River Cruise

Time: 2 hours hiking + 2 hour river cruise

Butter Hill is one of our usual haunts with its satisfying climbs and scrambles and amazing views from the top. This time, we'll finish off by taking a 2-hour cruise upon the Pride of the Hudson (leaving from Newburgh, NY) to check out the views from the bottom up. Once on the water, we'll be able to relax and take in the breeze as we pass the mountains we're used to climbing including Storm King, Breakneck Ridge, Mount Beacon, and more! We'll be collecting the $24.00 for the cruise tickets, which will need to be pre-purchased, so be sure to register for this hike/cruise by 8/10. Sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor attire required. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. We will hike rain or shine barring extraordinarily dangerous conditions such as lightning, hurricane, blizzard etc.
