About the Event
Difficulty: Easy (with Moderate optional add-on)
Distance: Approx. 6 miles / 50 feet gain (150 feet for add-on)
Goal Time: 3 Hours
This hike with be mostly flat along the upper cliffs of the Palisades. We will explore the ruins of the Cliff Dale Estate and take in the views from there. For those who want to get in more of a workout, we will have the option to hike down the Closter Docks and back up the hill the rejoin the Long Path back to the cars. This is a great introductory hike for who those who aren't sure if they enjoy it or not. Join us and find out!
