About the Event
Overlook Mountain is one of the most popular outdoor destinations in New York for good reason. Its fire tower affords 360-degree views of the entire Catskills, while its ledge provides an interesting foreground to views of the Ashokan Reservoir and Shawangunk Ridge. This route makes a steady ascent up an old woods road for the vast majority of its progress.
