[MODERATE] Ramapo Torne is a prominent cliff overlooking the Torne Valley into New Jersey towards Manhattan, among the very finest views in the Harriman section of the Highlands. A rolling trail approaches the bottom of a heavy ascent, ending with several scrambling sections.
