Schunemunk Tour

First there was Norvin Green Tour in the fall, then there was Guardians of the Highlands in the spring, now Schunemunk Tour - the summer segment of our Strenuous Series - will be the next grueling challenge as we hike the entire mountain! Don't be fooled - this singular mountain will beat you up more than you'll think! This 10-mile hike will take us over rugged terrain, with a number of rock scrambles and elevation changes, all while we limit breaks and push the pace. We aren't looking to take a stroll - this will be tough!

We will be moving at a quick pace over a long distance and will take infrequent breaks. We encourage only hikers who are physically prepared to complete this hike under these conditions register. Sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor attire required. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. We will hike rain or shine barring extraordinarily dangerous conditions such as lightning, hurricane, etc.
