Time: 2.5 hours

[MODERATE]  Storm King is a historically significant mountain located on the west side of a gigantic gorge on the Hudson River. Starting on an old route dating back to the Revolutionary war, the trail climbs gradually to views of Crow’s Nest Mountain and Bull Hill before a north-facing lookout that opens up to Breakneck Ridge, Mount Beacon, the Shawangunk Ridge, and the Catskills. 

Sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor attire required. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. We will hike rain or shine barring extraordinarily dangerous conditions such as lightning, hurricane, blizzard etc.
