Only child, family unknown, friends unknown, friendly and personable, maintains privacy. Often hikes in NJ, but has done many of the longer routes with the group from the Palisades to the Catskills.

3/10/2025 - Dodi Lifea was briefly a member of the group about 5 years ago, showing up to all the harder hikes and easily ripping through the routes. Eventually, he stopped coming out on social hikes and took up on many solo trips. With each trip, he continued to test his endurance and increase his mileage. We were able to follow along on his progress by checking out his social media. That is, until it suddenly became private. Over time, he became a distant memory, and over more time, he became close to forgotten.

Then, just a few months ago, he reappeared on social media, making his profile public again. The dozens of posts that chronicled his big efforts were gone, replaced by a series of bizarre photos.

Just yesterday, he friend requested us. We accepted.
Minutes later, he sent us a message*...

Picture didn't come through. Are you okay? Where are you?

We never got a response to the message and it doesn't show him being online since then.

So, we took a better look at the pics that he had recently posted on his account, in hopes that it would lead us in his direction...

There were only a few pictures posted to his account between February 1 and March 9. It's somewhat bizarre, yet lighthearted enough.

3/13/2025 - We messaged some of the people who were following Dodi. A few of them said they had some information we'd be interested in and gave us some statements. Take a look and see if you can piece together an idea as to where he might have wound up...
