Description: Conical, bald summit with 360° views of the Hudson Highlands. Bear Mountain and its bridge dominates the view to the south. To the left, the gateway of the Southern Highlands, formed by Dunderberg Mountain, Manitou Mountain, and Anthony’s Nose. To the northeast, Manitou Point and Sugarloaf Hill. The backcountry training region of the United States Military Academy starts immediately to the west.

 

Access: The Timp-Torne makes a hairpin turn up and down Popolopen Torne, forming a compact loop when combined with Mine Rd.
